Healthy eating in everyday life and at work
How can we manage to eat a healthy and tasty diet in our hectic everyday working live?
To answer this question, we invited nutritionist (DGE) Alexander Römer as part of the INVENT health campaign. Together we were able to experience two informative events.
It kicked of with a lecture based on balanced nutrition. For example, the importance of the right composition of nutrients, foods and different forms of nutrition were discussed. The presentation was concluded by answering specific questions from the employees.
In line with the topic of the lecture, a cooking evening with Mr. Römer followed two weeks later. Three delicious and healthy dishes were presented and prepared in small groups: a beetroot and feta carpaccio, an autumnal mushroom dumpling and a vegan chocolate mousse.
At the end, we enjoyed the dishes we had prepared ourselves over a leisurely meal and interesting conversations.
