INVENT Megan House Sales

Behind the scenes at INVENT

WEFTEC consistently presents an exciting challenge for INVENT, from the preparation stages to the event days themselves. The INVENT team is dedicated to delivering a unique experience for our visitors. In this interview series, INVENT employees share their personal experiences with WEFTEC. Today, it’s Megan Houses’ turn.

Could you tell us more about yourself and your role at INVENT?

Megan House, Technical Sales. I hold a bachelor’s in Environmental Biology and have experience in stormwater research, wastewater lab (industrial and municipal) and pretreatment (municipal and consulting). I also maintain an Arkansas Class IV Operators License. My diverse skills enable me to work as a versatile team player who excels at supporting others. Originally from Arkansas, I reside in Oklahoma’s Green Country with my significant other and our two dogs. Outside of work we love staying active, traveling and working on our home.

Why do you believe an exhibition is so important?

Exhibitions are vital because they foster meaningful connections within the industry. In an increasingly technological world, face-to-face interactions remain essential for building trust, sharing insights, and sparking collaborations. WEFTEC provides a unique platform for these interactions to happen.

If you had to describe WEFTEC in three words, which would you choose?

Innovate, connect, and shine!

What’s something visitors don’t see, but is key to INVENT’s success at WEFTEC?

Our year-round planning covers everything from booth layout to the scheduling of presentations for our sales representatives. Our team is dedicated, handling everything from selecting installations to display to careful shipping, set up and teardown of demo equipment. This interview is just another example!
