Franziska Rücker is our occupational health management specialist!

At INVENT, health management has been a particularly high priority for many years. We continuously implement a wide range of measures to promote the health, performance, and satisfaction of our employees. Here is an overview of some of our initiatives to date:

  • Cooking workshops for healthy eating in everyday office life
  • Bouldering
  • Annual company run “B2Run” in Nuremberg
  • Weekly sports classes for mobility and fascia
  • … and many other activities!

All these measures have been implemented without specially trained specialists, but with a great deal of commitment and experience – and with great success.

In order to develop our occupational health management (OHM) in an even more structured and targeted manner in the future, Franziska Rücker has successfully completed the course to become a specialist in occupational health management (IHK) at the BSA Academy. This means that we are now in a position to put our existing OHM on an even more professional and sustainable footing.

The training focused on practical methods and tools for analyzing health risks and resources, identifying areas where action is needed, and setting specific goals and strategies. The GKV Prevention Guide was also used as a reference to measure the effectiveness of health measures and continuously optimize them.

Thanks to this training, INVENT employees now have access to in-depth expertise to promote the long-term workability and employability of our employees through the occupational health management system. Our goal remains to create a healthy working environment that supports the physical and mental health of our employees in the long term – on a sound and strategic basis.
