HYPERCLASSIC®-Mixer

To improve thickening, the sludge is conditioned with polymeric aids. Intensive mixing results in larger flocs, which significantly improves the dewaterability of the sludge.

The HYPERCLASSIC®-Mixer is particularly suitable for mixing in the polymer solution quickly and efficiently. The Mixer components are optimally adapted for operation in media with a high dry matter content, changing levels and discontinuous operation.

HYPERCLASSIC®-Mixer

In the mixing tank, primary and excess sludge are typically homogenized. The HYPERCLASSIC®-Mixer ensures effective and optimal mixing. Sedimentation is reliably prevented by generating near-bottom flow.

CYBERSLUDGE®-Mixer

Thorough mixing of the tank is essential for an optimal methane yield. For this purpose, the exchange of substances between active biomass and the supplied substrate must be guaranteed.

The functionality of the CYBERSLUDGE®-Mixer achieves complete and energy-saving mixing of the container. Dead spaces and floating layers are avoided and an optimal gas yield is promoted.

HYPERCLASSIC®-Mixer

After sludge digestion, the digested sludge is collected in a storage tank for feeding the sludge dewatering system. The decisive factor for reliable and efficient drainage is the equalization of the inflow, even when the water level changes. Furthermore, the storage tank should be able to be run as empty as possible during operation.

The HYPERCLASSIC®-Mixer is designed individually for the respective application and tank geometry, so that good homogenization of the dry matter content is achieved. The hyperboloid agitator is installed close to the ground and can therefore still work effectively even when the water level is low. A strong radial bottom current is generated, which ensures reliable suspension of the mud.

There are also reliable agitator configurations for problematic sludge conditions, such as possible MAP precipitation or heavily clogged media.

HYPERCLASSIC®-Mixer

The nitrogen-rich centrate separated during sludge dewatering is temporarily stored, homogenized, and fed into the influent of the treatment plant during low-load nighttime hours. The energy-efficient HYPERCLASSIC®-Mixer ensures complete, sediment-free mixing of the tank, even with fluctuating water levels. Reliable mixer configurations are also available for challenging sludge conditions, such as potential MAP precipitation or highly entangling media.
