Applications of the INVENT CYBERPITCH®-Mixer
With flash mixing or fast mixing processes, the hydraulic residence time is only a few seconds. In order to achieve good mixing in this short time, the aerodynamically optimized CYBERPITCH®-Mixer was developed. It combines operation at high speeds with a flow-optimized stirring blade and is therefore the perfect solution.
The CYBERPITCH®-Mixer is the optimal solution for an excellent homogenization result. Due to the sophisticated design of the agitator blade, the fluid is accelerated both in the axial and in the radial direction and thus achieves a perfect mixing result.
For the destabilization of the colloidal state, a high energy input and a long contact time between the flocculant and the colloid are required for the formation of micro flocs. The CYBERPITCH®-Mixer combines these aspects with its flow-optimized agitator blade shape and its design for high speeds.
