The perfect lunchbox
The INVENT Health Campaign aims to strengthen the health awareness of our employees and promote their well-being. An essential component of this is nutrition, which plays a fundamental role in a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
As part of this initiative, Antje Bartens, a Diplom-Oecotrophologist and certified nutritionist, visited us. Together with her, we prepared healthy and diverse options for an optimal lunchbox. In small teams, we made a couscous dish, various spreads, assorted salad sides, and much more. We concluded the evening with a shared meal and engaging conversations.
