IFAT is always an exciting challenge for INVENT – be it during preparation, realization, or on the days of the exhibition itself. Everyone at INVENT is enthusiastic to provide our visitors with a unique experience. In this interview series, INVENT employees share their own stories about IFAT. Today, it’s Nadine Klämpfl (Technical Sales)´s turn.

Could you tell us more about yourself and your role at INVENT?

I’m Nadine Klämpfl, a sales engineer at INVENT in Erlangen. I take care of clients from various regions such as Austria, Switzerland, Israel, as well as parts of Latin America and Southeast Asia. I am supporting clients with all inquiries regarding our product range, from technical clarification, layout and design, to commercial quotations. However, I see myself primarily as a partner, focused on finding the most efficient and simple solution tailored to each unique case.

What was your funniest/most moving moment at IFAT?

I’ve been to quite a few IFATs by now, but it always moves me to see people passionate about a product. Although IFAT is always a stressful time, I always enjoy it!

A few years ago, I saw quite a crowd gathered around the HYPERCLASSIC®-Mixing and Aeration System and wondered what was going on. When I approached, I found a colleague and a visitor both lying on the ground, looking beneath the hyperboloid mixer body , discussing some detail. This effort didn’t just make me laugh!

Is there a question that visitors always ask you? Is there a standard answer to this question?

“How much does it cost?” is a question we hear frequently, and understandably so. People naturally want to compare prices. However, providing a standard response to this question is tricky. Our systems are more than just mixers or aerators; they are tailored solutions designed to efficiently and cost-effectively fulfill their respective tasks, ensuring stable processes and safe operation. Each case is different and it’s essential for us to consider the individual requirements to offer the most suitable solution. This ensures that customers know exactly what they’re getting for their money and can compare realistically,.

What should all visitors to the INVENT booth definitely see?

While I hope visitors take the time to explore our booth and get inspired by our systems for their everyday needs, if I had to highlight one thing, it would be our HYPERCLASSIC® model basin. My colleagues and I are eager to share or fascination for the remarkable functionality of the hyperboloid mixing and aeration principle, next to the large scale products themselves.
