Sponsoring

Since 2010, the Federal Institute for Research and Development has been supporting committed and motivated students in cooperation with companies, foundations, alumni and other private individuals, has been supporting particularly committed and motivated students  as part of the Deutschlandstipendium. They receive financial support and have the opportunity of close contact with the sponsoring companies during their scholarship. This also increases the chances of joining the sponsoring company after graduation.

INVENT has also been a sponsor since 2022. Together with the Friedrich-Alexander University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, INVENT supports talented students from the fields of chemical engineering and mechanical engineering. This program gives students the opportunity to gain insights into the company during their studies.

With great commitment and passion we work daily on the purification and treatment of water and wastewater.  This year there were severe floods in large parts of Germany. Wastewater treatment plants have also been destroyed and have to be rebuilt. INVENT donates to the areas badly affected by the flood and thus supports the reconstruction.

INVENT sponsors the swimming sport in Erlangen and is committed to mass and top-level sport. Thanks to the support association, young people can be given targeted support, subsidized training camps and regulated training operations.

More than 1000 young people in Erlangen practice swimming with enthusiasm, diligence, perseverance and a lot of joy. The support association Erlangen supports these young people. Highly qualified trainers and good training conditions arouse the joy of movement in the water and pave the way for competitive sports up to the German and international top.

Young people and of course the topic of water have been very important to INVENT for 25 years. For this reason, we support the association for the promotion of swimming in Erlangen.

This year, INVENT is supporting regional projects of the MINT-Network to introduce and get young people interested in technology. With great commitment and passion we work daily on the purification and treatment of water and wastewater and want to pass on that dedication to young people through our donation.

This year, INVENT again supports “The Ocean Cleanup”, a project aiming at freeing our oceans worldwide from plastic waste, oil, and pollutants. Further information can be found on our website.

Furthermore, INVENT supports “Jasmin Hilfe e.V.”, a German based non-profit organization aiming at safeguarding the lives of refugees in the camps in the Bekaa Valley in Lebanon, bordering Syria. Our donation will be used for the maintenance of the two wells on site in order to provide more clean water to the communities.
