Last Tuesday, INVENT presented itself to a delegation from Ukraine consisting of experts in water and wastewater management. The occasion was a trade fair organized by AHP International, a subsidiary of the Free State of Bavaria, and Bayern International, held at the IHK Academy in Nuremberg. The event was part of the “Bayern – Fit for Partnership” (BFP) program, an international training program for export promotion in cooperation with the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs.

Like many other sectors, the water and wastewater management industry in Ukraine has been severely affected by the war. Infrastructure damage and groundwater contamination pose significant challenges. Consequently, water technologies play a crucial role in the reconstruction efforts.

INVENT took the opportunity to establish valuable contacts in the fields of municipal and industrial water and wastewater treatment. The delegation members presented specific projects for which they are seeking innovative technologies.

The GAWP Annual Conference and Expo will be held July 14th – 17th in Savannah, GA. INVENT’s representative Carter & VerPlanck, Inc. is going to exhibit at the conference. We hope to see you there!

The GAWP Annual Conference and Expo is targeted towards everyone in and around the State of Georgia involved in water and/or wastewater which includes, but is not limited to, Utility Directors, Operators, City/State/County Government Officials, Manufacturers Representatives, Consultants and Engineers.

In addition to the Conference, the GAWP Public Education Committee also organises the Cool Family Water Festival for familiy members.

The Ontario Water For The Future Conference & Trade Show (OWWA/WEAO) will be held in Niagara Falls from 5 to 7 May. It’s a joint conference of the Ontario Water Works Association and the Water Environment Association of Ontario. INVENT‘s esteemed sales representative Pro Aqua, Inc. will be exhibiting at booth #937.

Presentations will be given in the categories of Adaptation, All Water, Asset Management, Climate Change and more.

We are keen to meet and exchange ideas with other water and wastewater industry enthusiasts. It’s all about learning, sharing, networking and enjoying!

The Oklahoma Annual Technical Conference & Trade Show will be held May 6-8, 2024. It is hosted by the American Public Works Association Oklahoma Chapter in partnership with the Oklahoma Water Environment Association! Visit INVENT‘s representative Hartwell Environmental Corporation at their booth.

In fact, Professionals from all water and wastewater related fields including public works, water and wastewater utilities, consulting engineering, tribal nations, state and local agencies, and government officials will be in attendance. In addition to many exhibitors, the conference offers activities such as equipment road shows, golf tournaments, technical sessions, and social activities.
